As same as all the day I was waiting for a new customer after a good sale. The job in sales is so interesting in terms of meeting different type of customers with different type of charecter. When I was thinking something suddenly a Customer came to me.
Customer : " Do you have Nikon D600" ?
Me : No sir , we dont keep it here. Expensive camera is not easy to sell from here. You can check with Grand Stores.
Customer : I already checked there. But it seems their pricing is not good. Very expensive.
Me : Sir, whats the price there. Normally it would not happen like that.
Customer : I saw there that price is AED 8999 only for the body.
Me : Yes sir, the price is absolutely correct. In the whole Uae its sold for the same pricing only. Also the Grand stores is the dealer for Nikon in Uae.
Customer : But compared to Europe and US the price is so high. May be this people keep this price because this is the only camera in Nikon which is a Full Frame.
I really got shoked. The only full frame camera Nikon is D600??? How come its possible. There is Nikon D800, D800E , D300 etc type of camera.Right!!!
Then I told : Sir, its not the only full frame camera. There is lot of other models like D800,D800E etc.
Customer : No no, you are wrong. That is the only camera which gives you this Full frame in Nikon. I dont know about canon.
Me : Sir, as per my knowledge I explained. Today I will go through online and will check about this. Because I am educating most of the customer about DSLR. So if this is my mistake, then I may be ib trouble.
Saying this I just escaped from the customer. Some customers are like that. May be they are wrong. But they will never accept it. The only best way to quit is to keep silent and make the customer happy. Because " Customer has rights... Sale person dont!!!!!!
