Fujifilm launches Finepix Xp60 camera in UAE

Fujifilm has launched the Finepux Xp60 camera designed for families who love travelling and adventure and ofeers improved image quality along with a 5x optival zoom and the ability to perform even if the camera has been dropped, frozen, covered in dust or taken for a swim.

The Finepix Xp60 can shoot still and record videos underwater up to a depth of 6m with crystal-clear quality, and has a double seal protecting the battery chamber.

The camera can also withstand the shock of being dropped from heights of 1.5cm, captures pictures in cold temperatures of up to -10 degrees Celsius  and is also sand-proof due to the thoroughly sealed access ports that protect the lens and the sensor.

The Finepix XP60's CMOS sensor allows continuous shooting up to 10 frames per second or ultra-high-speed continuous shooting at up to 60 frames per second with the dedicated 'burst mode' button that lets user switch into convenient continuous shooting mode.

The camera also has a high speed multi-frame processing that can record two shots or more at different exposures and combine them to achieve high dynamic range with natural contrasts that preserves details in the highlights and shadows. Individual shutter 3D also let users create images with a 3D effect combining two shots taken from slightly different angles.

The Finepix XP60 allows users to record HD videos and share it on TV.,computers and other large screen devices.

10. CTRL + Shift + Alt + E = combine all layers into a new layer on top of existing layers (instead of flattening or merging all)
11. CTRL + ALT + G = clip to layer below
12. CTRL + Shift + [or] = move layer to top or bottom
13. CTRL + [or] = move layer up or down one level 
14. Shift + CTRL + N = Create New layer 
15. CTRL + Shift + Backspace = Fill a layer with background color (Tip from becca 1976 : " I use this a lot when customizing my shadows.")

Silhouettes in a Giant Moon-rise, Captured Using a 1200mm Lens?

Earlier this week, photographer Philip Schmidli of Lucerne, Switzerland captured this incredible photograph of a biker’s silhouette in front of a giant moon rising in the horizon.

Schmidli reveals that he has been trying to capture this photograph for four months or so, but complications got in the way of previous attempts. Clouds got in the way of the full moon in January, and bad weather interfered with his attempts in February and March as well.

Finally, during this latest attempt with April’s full moon, the weather cleared up and gave the “green light” for this photo idea.

He first spent hours exploring Google Earth, searching for the perfect location to shoot the image. He needed a hill in the distance that would allow his subject to be framed by the moon rise .The he ended up deciding on this hill.

To have the subject be dwarfed by the size of the moon, he needed a large gap between the camera and the hill. The distance for this shoot ended up being 1.3 kilometers, or 0.8 miles.

This camera includes this three components in the best level as Sony can. 

Here it is used the carl zeiss lens which is the most Cyber-shot's eye to the world. Sony assures a superbly detailed image. The Exmor CMOS image sensor helpd the camera to double the light sensitivity and combines with Sony's Column A/D conversion to reduce noise by half while shooting in dimly light. With the help of Sony's image processing engine BIONZ which is very fast and efficient. Compared to all this model the Sony seems to be a little bit bulky and the design is not interesting. Size wise more preference is for Nikon P520 and Canon Sx50. Fujifilm HS50 also is a size more but it looks like a Dslr camera with manual zooming which is amazing in design. Features wise also more preferable is Fujifilm.

This is highly inquired model of Sony among all the same range models in the competitive brands.
